Laser Profiling and Press Brake

As well as stocking & processing the full range of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloys we are laser profiling specialists at processing Wearplate, High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) materials and Armour Plate.

Copper > 15mm thick

Brass> 15mm thick

Mild steel > 30mm thick.  Extensive stocks of S275, S355, DD11.  Dry and Pickled and Oiled.

Stainless Steel > 50mm thick.  Extensive stocks of 304, 316 and 1.4003.  All finishes

Aluminium > 50mm thick.  Extensive stocks of 1050, 5083, 5252, 5754, 6082 and others.  Various finishes.

HSLA > 12mm thick.  Extensive stocks of S460MC, S700MC, Domex & Tenform.

Wearplate >25mm thick.  Extensive stocks of Hardox, Raex & Abro

Folding

Two Trumpf press brakes and a very large range of tooling enable us to fold up to 4 metres long and to almost all requirements, in house.

Tube Laser Cutting

The cutting of tube, round, square, open (such as C section, RSA and more) and special profiles.

3D cutting – enabling us to even create countersinks on parts using just the laser cutting machine.

Cutting from 0.5” to 6” (SQ or round).

Up to 10mm thickness.

Laser etch marking available.

Our own vehicles as well as a logistics partner enable us to offer a rapid turnaround nationwide service from 1 bag to a full Artic Load.

Design

We can accept most CAD design software formats (.dwg, .dxf, .iges etc.) which we will convert to files specific to our software. We also do not charge for converting drawings to digital in any condition format!
